Terms and Conditions for Menopause Awareness Webinar
- Introduction
- These Terms and Conditions govern your registration and participation in hygge associates’ “Menopause Awareness for All” Webinar ("The Webinar").
- Eligibility
- The Webinar is open exclusively to residents of the United Kingdom.
- Attendees must be 18 years of age or older.
- Registration
- Registration must be completed online through the provided platform.
- Registration is not confirmed until payment has been received in full.
- Fees and Payment
- The cost of attending the Webinar is £12 per person. If two people are joining from the same household (and same device) the fee will be £20 per couple.
- Payment is due upon registration and should be made via bank transfer to the account specified on the registration page.
- Failure to submit payment for the Webinar prior to the event will result in your removal from the Webinar.
- Non-Attendance
- Fees are non-refundable in the event of non-attendance.
- Exceptions to this policy will not be made for any reason, including but not limited to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Cancellation of Webinar
- Should the Webinar be cancelled by hygge associates due to low enrollment or other circumstances, registrants will be notified and offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
- Content Ownership
- All content presented during the Webinar is the property of the organisers.
- Distribution or reproduction of Webinar materials without express permission is strictly prohibited.

- Personal information will be collected solely for the purpose of registering for the Webinar.
- All personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
- Conduct
- Attendees are expected to behave respectfully at all times.
- Attendees are encouraged to join the webinar with their video camera turned on.
- Inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the Webinar without a refund.
- Platform Use
- Attendees will receive instructions on accessing the online platform prior to the Webinar.
- Technical support will be available for login and access issues.
- The organisers are not responsible for problems resulting from attendees' internet connectivity, hardware or browser issues.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions
- The organisers reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- It is the responsibility of the attendee to stay informed about any changes to these policies.
- Acceptance of Conditions
- By completing the registration process, attendees are confirming their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and the relevant courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
